Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Busy periods may take longer. You receive a dispatch confirmation when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Available delivery methods, prices and estimates are shown at checkout. Standard delivery to Germany typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Estimates can be affected by carrier disruption, public holidays, weather or an incomplete address and are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed.
Standard shipping to Germany is free for orders of €50 or more. The rate for lower-value German orders and other supported destinations appears at checkout before payment.
When tracking is available, we email it to the address used at checkout. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We can change it only before fulfilment starts.
Contact us if tracking is unusually inactive, the parcel is marked delivered but missing, or the packaging arrives damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
