Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. High-volume periods may take longer. You receive a shipping confirmation when your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Standard delivery to Germany and nearby EU destinations typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier disruption, weather, public holidays or an incomplete address.
Standard shipping to Germany is free for orders of €50 or more. For German orders below €50 and orders to other supported destinations, the available rates are shown before payment at checkout.
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also visit our Track your order page for guidance.
Check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We can only change an address before fulfilment starts. If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete or refused, extra delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or packaging arrives damaged, contact us. We will work with the carrier and provide a remedy required by applicable consumer law. Keep packaging and relevant photos until the case is resolved.
An order may arrive in more than one parcel. Where import duties or taxes apply outside our usual EU delivery area, they are shown or charged as required by the destination country. Check checkout information before payment.
