These Terms of Service apply to visits to Ortavio.co and purchases from the Ortavio online store. The seller is STACK COMPANY, trading as Ortavio. By placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies referenced in them. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
These terms apply to consumers and, where relevant, business customers. Additional or conflicting customer terms apply only if we have expressly accepted them in writing.
You must be legally capable of entering into the purchase. Use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt security, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s identity, scrape protected content or use the service in a way that harms other users or Ortavio.
We take reasonable care to describe products, dimensions, colours, sizes and availability accurately. Screen colours and packaging may differ slightly. Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious errors and update information.
Ortavio products and content concern everyday foot comfort and support. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Stop using the product and seek appropriate advice if pain, numbness or unusual discomfort develops or persists.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and send an order confirmation. An automated receipt alone does not oblige us to accept the order.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, stock error, unsupported destination, quantity limits or an obvious pricing error. Any payment already captured for a cancelled order is refunded.
The price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and contact details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Discounts are subject to their stated conditions and generally cannot be combined unless expressly indicated.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Risk passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by them other than the carrier, receives the goods. Full delivery information appears in our Shipping policy.
Goods must conform to the sales contract. Consumers in the EU have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that were defective or non-conforming at delivery. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Your 14-day statutory withdrawal right, return instructions and the additional Ortavio 90-day money-back guarantee are explained in our Refund policy. The voluntary guarantee does not replace or limit statutory rights.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or unlawfully.
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, not misleading and that you have the right to share it. You grant Ortavio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, translate and adapt that content for operating and promoting Ortavio. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or demonstrably false content.
The Ortavio name, logos, store design, text, graphics and original content belong to STACK COMPANY or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights. Personal use necessary to view and shop in the store is permitted.
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other partners help operate the store. Their own terms may apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because the store links to them.
We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe carrier disruption, natural events, government action, strikes, war, epidemics or widespread technical failure. We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect and will not use this clause to remove mandatory consumer remedies.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable commercial loss unrelated to our breach.

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law of your habitual residence or of access to a competent local court. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.
We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
