These Terms of Service govern use of the Ortavio online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the service in a way that harms other users.
We aim to describe products, colours, sizes and availability accurately. Screens can display colours differently. We may correct clear errors and update product information when needed.
Ortavio products and store content concern everyday foot comfort and support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if discomfort, numbness or pain develops or persists.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept and confirm the order. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, obvious pricing error or unsupported delivery location. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it is refunded.
Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. Taxes are handled as shown during checkout. You agree to provide current, complete billing and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns, the 90-day guarantee and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund policy.
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and adapt it for operating and promoting the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
Store design, text, graphics, logos and original content belong to Ortavio or its licensors. No rights are transferred except limited personal use necessary to shop with us.
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other services help operate the store. Their own terms and privacy notices can apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites linked from the store.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses unrelated to our breach. Consumers remain entitled to remedies for goods that do not conform to the sales contract.
We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes apply from publication and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If one provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another country, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence or your right to use competent local courts.
